Structure & Principles

The ENCH operates as a voluntary and open structure, based on the Declaration of Principles which all adhering entities commit to respect. Financial costs are covered by the members themselves, and larger projects are sustained through dedicated European or other funding calls. The ultimate goal is the legal constitution of a non-profit association.
